In addition, a "Chocolate Tasting Plate" will be available to sample the very best unadulterated "bean to bar" chocolates produced in America. Each restaurant will feature savory and sweet chocolate items, chocolate tasting opportunities, and chocolate and wine pairings during a month-long ode to chocolate.
